Business Development Technical Manager

Principal responsibilities:

Selling STONHARD’s high quality flooring systems to executive level management:

• providing solutions that solve the clients’ business issues and add value to the clients' operation;
• preparation of offers for clients;
• Managing the realisation of sold flooring projects including:
• Supervising and negotiating with sub-contractors;
• Supervising budgets;
• Project Management
• Account management with client;
• Managing sales to STONHARD’s distributors in Czech Rep.

Regular reporting to the Area Manager CEE and General Manager North Europe

STONHARD requires:

• An independent and commercial thinking person, who is able to work in a very competitive market;
  
• The ability to work weekends and non-standard working hours.
• Minimum 2-year successful experience in industrial business-to-business environment;
• Experience in “Solution Selling”: find qualified prospects, discover their needs and provide the solutions that add value to the client’s operation;
• Communicative Czech and English, both spoken and written;
• A self-starter, a hunter and a closer;
• Working out of home office.
