Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Lead IT Infrastructure Service operation across 3 countries
- Vendor management of Service providers for IT operations
- Change management skills to drive new ways of working and tools forward with diverse user communities from office locations to plants
- Stakeholder management skills for operational governance but also project steering groups
- ITSM principles and data driven KPI objectives
- Ownership of local continues service improvements and relationships with business stakeholders
- Collaboration with budget & service owners across the globe
- Minor financial responsibility
- The office can be in Bratislava or Prague
