Job description, responsibilities and duties
What will you have to do:
- Building and maintaining relationships with foreign users;
- Assistance to users in solving emerging issues;
- Communicating with users via LiveChat and E-mail in English and other languages (German, Italian, French);
- Escalating incoming requests.
Working schedule:
- Schedule 2/2/2 - 2 day shifts / 2 weekends / 2 night shifts / 2 weekends, etc. (day shift 09:00-21:00, night shift 21:00-09:00);
