Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

•Independently creates / designs recruitment campaign and executes recruitment process based on the business need and demand in order to provide recruitment services according to set KPIs and in standard time and quality.
•Administers and pre-screens the incoming resumes and closely consults CVs and pre-screening results with the business manager concerned.
•Keeps job advertisements up-to-date on the company intranet. Publishes job advertisements on job portals.
•Organizes and participates in various job fairs in cooperation with Communication department, prepares a database of CV’s collected there, contacts the applicants.
•Organizes interviews and interviews the candidates together with the managers responsible for filling the vacancy.
•Provides feedback to all applicants.
•Handles the IT systems and related local databases used for registration of applicants.
•Actively creates and constantly improves recruitment process in relation to workforce planning strategies focusing on new trends and innovative recruiting techniques in regards to its effectiveness.
•Keeps contact with recruitment agencies and headhunting companies, coordinates the process of recruitment and selection, conveys the position specification and the expectations regarding candidates, gives feedback.
•Prepares various reports related to recruitment, selection and on-boarding activities.
•Coordinates the use of various selection techniques, organizes and participates on testing, assessment centers etc
•Takes part in various projects related to the job position and scope of work

•2-5 years in recruitment or other HR area
•Eng B2, other languages are advantage
