Job description, responsibilities and duties

 Project delivering / rollout planning, ordering, monitoring/tracking and execution acc. to T-Systems best practices, ordering and delivery processes, considering all project management areas (scope-, time-, quality-, risk-, change-, stakeholders-management etc.)
 Proactive tracking of orders and supporting further dependent requests that need to be put through the internal ordering process - problem tracking, detection, escalation and resolving
 Planning and Organizing service handover to operations (migration, upgrade) with all key stakeholders (customer, technical team, local contact)
 Communication and status reporting towards all stakeholders (internal organizations, external – customer, partners …), incl. project meetings and teleconferences
 Adviser role towards Service Delivery Manager from project delivery/rollout side incl. solving of issues, changes etc.
 Maintenance of project documentation T-Systems methodology using T-Systems tools

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Elementary (A2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

 University degree Experience
 Basic knowledge of project methodology (PMI preferably)
 ICT background (networking preferably)
 Experiences from project driven by project methodology
 English: min. A2
 German: min. B2 (mandatory)
 Effective communication and negotiation with stakeholders
 Good organizational skills (time and priority management)
 Positive and professional attitude
