Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description/ Purpose
• Deals with T-Systems standard processes and customer specific processes
• Performs standard process related tasks.
• Implements processes according to valid standards and valid customer’s specifications.
• Responsible for coordination of process management within the assigned team.

Accountabilities
Task/accountabilitiess for predecessor position(s):
• Implementation, coordination and responsibility for ICTO management processes within the team
• Contributes to making the service process comply with the standards defined by the company
• Identifies gaps and deviations in existing processes/instructions and address them to relevant parties.
• Change Ticket and Problem Ticket creation
• Attending local CAB meetings (CCAB, GxU CABs) and presenting the change tickets
• Coordinates tracking, processing, handling of internal and customer requests/tickets
• Responsibility for quality of tickets based on standards and valid specifications
• Ensures the information and knowledge flow regarding assigned process within the team and to all relevant parties
• Clarification and communication process related topics to relevant parties
• SPOC for all process relevant questions
• Tracks and notifies about the breached KPIs, recommends and helps operational teams how to improve the quality
• Creation of change models
• Provides trainings and participates on education of new team members; provides regular process refresh trainings
• Participates in executing internal and external audits
• Provides support in documentation and reporting
• Participates in project work, performs project administration tasks, assignment to Internal Projects
