General description/ Purpose
Telekom-IT at T-Systems Slovakia forms part of the Internal IT department for the Deutsche Telekom AG. As part of the Lead Incident Management Team, the Process Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the tasks of the LIM Service sub-team which provides 24/7 assistance to the Telekom IT Incident Management process. As the only member of the LIM Service to work regular office hours he/she coordinates and controls the daily tasks and processes of the shifts according to valid standards in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity and customer satisfaction.

Organize, manage and control the daily tasks of 11 colleagues working in pairs on 24/7 shifts
Organize and participate on teleconferences/meetings with all required participants to inform about actions to be taken
Coordinate continuous improvement in working processes to increase customer satisfaction
Coordinate and quality check handover of tasks to other parts of the Department such as Problem Management teams
Active assistance on conference calls during the Major Incident procedure in case of need
Active participation in process related projects to ensure continuous improvement up to TSI Level
Execute (Implement) the interface between process and operational topics to ensure proper communication between different teams within the Department
Report regular KPI’s to Management and customers and set up actions in case of deviance to keep quality on expected level

Requirements for the employee

Language skills

German - Upper intermediate (B2) and
English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills


Secondary education degree

Overall overview of ICT industry environment
Experience in (project) management
Experience with MS Excel
Experience of IT operations across at least 1 area (e.g. application operation, system operation, infrastructure, network, storage, desktop) an advantage
ITIL / Process knowledge an advantage

German – minimum B2 (C1 or higher a distinct advantage)
English – minimum B1 (B2 or higher an advantage)

Excellent communication skills
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks and manage the tasks of others
Flexible, responsible and pro-active
Results-oriented, persevering, able to complete tasks on time and under pressure
