Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Manage overall day to day business of SK Telekom IT COO Control Center of Event management including component and business process monitoring and Service of Lead Incident Management (LIM) and LIM Service.
• Manage the relationship of SK Telekom IT COO Control Center with the main Tel-IT stakeholders on International and National level.
• Ensure that effective methods are put into place so that SK Telekom IT COO Control Center runs to its optimal productivity.
• Continuously improve the working environment and business processes of SK Telekom IT COO Control Center.
• To strengthen client relationships and ensure the successful continuance of SK Telekom IT Head of COO Control Center operations.

• Deliver service to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according to agreed contracts.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients and other stakeholders for effective communication.
• Motivate and develop people in own team to be able to deliver better quality an fulfill expectation of employees.
• Continuously improve processes and services in own area, propose improvements in related areas and implement corporate improvements programs
• Plan, adjust and control financial and other business plans to be able to effectively manage business
• Develop and implement mid-term tactics for new business transitions (volume increase or portfolio enhancement), manage ramp up on project basis and sign-off / take over with process owners.
• Operationally manage critical situations and solve business-as-usual escalations to provide seamless operation and effective service to clients.

• Manage the quality management system for SK Telekom IT COO Control Center at TSSK locally and its continual improvement.
• Prepare and implement departmental tactics for operation of own department.
• Actively steer capacity of department resources and quality of results to ensure SLA fulfillment and effective operation.
• Approve take-over of services according to standard/processes to have one understanding of quality to be delivered and clear responsibility over delivered services.
• Manage agreements with with third parties and DT companies - negotiate terms and conditions to defend interests of company and pursue effectiveness of department.
• Plan and define the operational performance, availability and stability of local Monitoring teams, local Leitstand teams and local Telekom IT LIM including LIM Service.
• Develop the Event management and Lead Incident Management across the Service Line and represent these services in international environment.
• Manage environment for continuous efficiency of Event management service with automation, sustainable actualization of FAQs and appropriate 1st and 2nd level support.

• 3 Managerial direct reports and 100+ Employees in organization
• Control Center: Application Control Center providing component reactive monitoring and Lei stand Control Center aiming to ensure proactive and reactive business process monitoring. Lead Incident Management and LIM Service including major incident procedure for locations, applications, services.
• TSSK: Revenues 1,5 Mio. EUR, Costs: 1,3 Mio EU
