General Description / Purpose

Provides expert technical advice, develops and provides solution design for highly complex implementation tasks and implementation processes.
Performs highly complex tasks independently and act as a Technical Lead in implementation projects.

Accountabilities
• Provides Solution Designs and Architecture.
• Analyzes and provides solutions for most complex tasks.
• Creates procedures, develops documentation and coach within project.
• Provides 3rd level support, solves problems and escalates most complex issues.
• Creates/develops documentation and procedures.
• Provides expert advice and support at customer side. Communicates/coordinates with the internal/external customer.
• Reports and regularly communicates with project stakeholders and/or customer.
• Delivers services/solutions in the agreed quality and quantity according to agreed requirements, contracts and/or KPIs.
• Provides comprehensive advice to internal/external customers & management.
• Maintains documentation accurate and up to date, documents all tasks.
