Job description, responsibilities and duties

These are your challenges:
- Driving intelligent integrated case management solutions into shared service center environment based on Salesforce Service Cloud and other Applications.
- Support for Deutsche Telekom's digitization campaign at all levels, especially in the areas of A.I., Clickrobots, HR Analytics & Reporting, Know-How Management, Process Mining, etc.
- Technology consulting of HR departments for the design and optimization of HR processes and data modeling
- Strong cooperation skills in order to deal with expert teams of developers, web designers, integration partners and vendors

Personality requirements and skills

What profil you should have:
- You have successfully completed your studies in the technical area or a comparable vocational training and have worked as a consultant or project manager in software development or system integration projects with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud, integrations into e.g. SAP HCM, other Backendsystems, SOA Architecture…
- You are able to design end2end solutions using Salesforce as core shared service center system supporting multiple channels for all internal customers
- You have a could knowledge of Salesforce out of the box capabilities and third-party integrations
- You have corresponding professional communication and presentation experience
- You are customer focused and do not think in drawers.
- Design Thinking and SCRUM are the fresh winds we need.
- You like to work in an international environment.
