Job description, responsibilities and duties

General Description
- Management and organization of specific activities to support the education center in order to develop future employees of the company – young professionals are ready for production and serve the customer of TSSK.
- Performs wide range of administrative and general support duties of highly responsible and confidential nature. Frequently communicates with senior level internal and external contacts and is regularly exposed to confidential data.

Job specific accountabilities
- Plans, organizes and coordinates marketing activities for hiring with communication team in TSSK
- Plans, steer and control the budget for the communication & PR activities overall
- Executes the most of the communication activities both internally and externally related to education center
- Furnishes and obtains information from other managers or outside representatives.
- Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and visitors, answering routine questions and obtaining and furnishing information to save supervisor´s time.
- Schedules appointments and arranges meetings, conference and travel.
- Organizes and maintain supervisor´s correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction.
- Drafts correspondence for supervisor´s final approval.
- Prepares special reports, gathering, summarizing and analyzing data.

Management Scope
- Planning and steering the budget up to 20 thousand EUR for communication & PR

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree/ preferably in Economic studies
- min 1 year in T-systems or similar business in size
- English language B2 +
- German language - advantage
- Independent, ability to make decisions within the provided responsibility of tasks, project management abilities.
- Prioritization and good self-management, empathy and diplomacy.
- Very good communication and coordination skills, collaboration and relationship management.
- Strong customer orientation and strategy, high level of professionalism, presentation skills and moderation, problem solving abilities,.
