We are looking for enthusiastic experts with passion and drive for ambitious global project. ASIC as an elite R&D team is dedicated to this ambition - to be the leader in automated ICT administration. Appreciation of the project is to analyse existing processes, seek for the space and technical requirements for automation, designing and developing the solution and deliver it to the production queue. We are looking for not only developers but mostly for researchers and pioneers of the new era in ICT administration.

- Studies business functions, gathers information, evaluates output requirements and formats for software development team.
- Assist the software development team and other IT experts to strengthen their understanding of the solution to be developed.
- Designs new software solutions by analyzing complex requirements, suggesting workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications.
- Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
- Provides references for users by managing user documentation, elaborate e-learning materials for user self-study.
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree (minimum Bachelor), specialization in object oriented programming language is advantage
- Suitable for university graduate
- General IT scope needed
- Previous software development and skills are advantage
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Basic knowledge about Agile/SCRUM methodology
- Analysis and comprehension skills
- Visualization and prototyping skills
- Knowledge of software designing concepts
- Know-how of business processes
- Basic understanding of networks, operating systems and technology system interfaces
- Good command over spoken and written communication
- Organizational and presentation skills
