Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
-Configure the components and functionalities in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central applications to fulfil customer’s demand
-Maintain SAP SuccessFactors applications to find and fix issues – functional and/or non-functional
-Provide technical and functional customer consultancy related to the specific SAP SuccessFactors module

-Analyze the requirements from the customer to propose an appropriate solution and realization
-Consult with SAP SuccessFactors professional services and solution designer and propose the implementation design of the new components for SAP -SuccessFactors applications
-Provide additional configuration on existing application based on customer change requests
-Document changes to ensure their readability for future reference
-Test newly added enhancements to avoid/eliminate/remove errors on productive system
-Present proposed solutions to the customer
-Participate on implementation projects
-Train and mentor junior colleagues to support continuous improvement

Wage (gross)

1 770 EUR/monthMinimum base salary 1770 Eur + variable part + other benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills


-University education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)

-5 years of relevant implementation experience in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or any other HR cloud solution

-English – advanced
-German – advanced (advantage)

-Practical end to end personal implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
-Understanding of business environment, IT processes, HR processes, Change Management,
-Analytical skills, ability to perform in complex IT environment
-Customer oriented, results oriented, able to complete tasks on time under pressure
-Decent communication skills
-Works on assigned tasks self dependently
-Able to share knowledge and develop others people
-Positive attitude and open minded person, willing to help
