What will you do
Daily responsibilities:
- Support of Genesys, NICE , Oracle session boarder controller services
- Resolution of disruptions in services, troubleshooting
- Communication with customer via phone and/or email
- Cooperation with manufacturers of supported systems
- Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation
- Changes of devices and other parameters according to customers’ requests
