Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
-Collecting, preparing, investigating and summarizing of different inputs from requestors to create agreed and on demands reports and analysis.
-Support of global initiatives and programs around process management. -Provides analyses, evaluations and reports based on different data sources. -Defines, develops and implements process reports around data quality (based on BOXI, SAS Big Data). Acts as interface between process managers and developers (SQL, Business Inteligence Universe, Oracle, production tools). Close cooperation with Global Process Managers of T-Sysyemt Iinternational.

-Regular reporting & Ad-hoc analysis of ITIL core processes (Event Management, -Configuration Management, Change Management, Incident Management, -Problem Management, Delivery Order Management)
-Global KPI measurement for ITIL core processes (Event Management, -Configuration Management, Change Management, Incident Management, -Problem Management, Delivery Order Management)
-Participation on global quality improvement programs
-Regular communication with higher T-Systems International management
-Organizing & leading meetings and teleconferences with stakeholders
-Preparing inputs for audits / quality checks
-Advices and trains users in respective area of responsibility

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills


-Secondary school degree (or equivalent)

-Minimum 2 year experience within the field of IT process management
-TSI Internal tool knowledge (Service Manager 9, Asset Manager, uCMDB, eTTs, Darwin, Service Center - Cosima, AdopT, etc.)
-SAP Business Objects developer expertise or experience with similar analytical tool
-Business Intelligence tool or possibly Data Mining / -Big Data tool knowledge
-Technical overview of infrastructure services
-Basics of programming (e.g. SQL)
-MS Excel advanced level
-MS PowerPoint advanced level
-MS Access knowledge is advantage
-Project management overview
-Basic knowledge of statistics

-English – B1
-German – advantage

-ITIL knowledge - at least one ITIL Intermediate certification (preferably Service Operation and/or -Continual Service Improvement)
-Analytical thinking
-Communication skills
