Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Maintain the components and functionalities for Systems, Applications and
Products (SAP) applications to fulfil customer’s demand.
- Customize SAP applications to find and fix issues and recover the original

- Comprehend, introduce and implement a global rollout template, identify, document and manage gaps according to the project methodology.
- Prepare, plan, execute and accompany international template rollout phases (set-up, induction, assessment, design, test, migration, cutover).
- Business Process knowledge and responsibility for “Plan to Report – (P2R)” in the international context.
- Overall Process knowledge for Controlling relevance within “E2E-Processes” (Exchange To Exchange) :
- Procure to Pay – P2P
- Buy to Scrap – B2S
- Order to Cash – O2C
- Record to Report – R2R
- Overall Controlling related process knowledge within the following applications:
- Production, Services and Logistics – PSL
- Major Business Customer Solutions – BSO
- Real estate – REFX
- Plant Maintenance - PM
- Assess “E2E processes” (End to End) and applications in roll-out companies / NatCos and continuous development of the template according to its guiding – or design principles (in German: Leitplanken).
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Manage international, virtual teams.
- Steer the Information Technology (IT) units to design the technical solutions required for the rollout.
- Build and drive Task Forces to solve critical technical issues.
- Participate, present and defend your standpoint in local and central management meetings.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve project progress.
- Report to head of controlling-project within One.Finance/One Enterprise resource planning (ERP)
- Ensure high quality and on time production of all deliverables.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

- 2- 4 years’ experience within the field of SAP consultancy in the specific SAP module
- Excellent knowledge of ERP environments (approach, core-processes, architecture).
- Excellent knowledge of controlling processes.
- Several years of employment in above mentioned environments .
- Expert knowledge of SAP Controlling Modules ((Controlling (CO), Investment Management (IM), Project systems (PS), SAP ERP and integration to other SAP functions.
- Experienced in ERP-business processes and shared service.
- Experienced in international Rollouts.
- Solid background in telecommunication industry.
- Expert knowledge with change requirements concerning template adjustments in terms of technical impact.
- English – advanced
- German – in advantage
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills and ability to resolve conflicting situations.
- High communication-, presentation- and moderation-skills.
- Willing to document meticulously results, minutes, milestones reached.
- Assertiveness and persuasive power.
- Self-confident appearance in critical, difficult or “political” situations.
- Independently working is mandatory.
