Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Responsible for translation of business requirements of Roles and authorizations into system and process solutions and integration concepts through definition of the technical design, customizing, interfaces, development specifications etc. for Finance, EDM, Controlling or Procurement.

- Acts as SAP expert for Deutsche Telekom group in Roles and Authorizations area
- Responsible for Solution design of Finance, Enterprise Data Management (EDM), - Controlling or Procurement Roles and Authorizations in compliance with Authorization concept, SAP security, Assessment of Roles conflicts
- Creates Authorization concept and Design documents
- Responsible for Role building/customizing, testing and incidents solving
- Coordinates and performs major projects and developments in the areas of SAP Authorizations and SAP GRC
- Influence on standardization of requirements in dedicated areas, ensures consistency of proposed solutions with the core model, communicates and stresses the benefits of standardization within design of IT Architecture
- Identification, harmonization and prioritization of the requirements
- Serves as an interface between business and IT department or internal/external service providers
- Provides support in the evaluation of planning and costs of the requirements
- End –to-end responsible in a respective area in all stages of a project (workshops, technical design, interface connection, developments, delivery, tests, cut over, hand-over to support organization, etc.)
- Acts as a mentor to other team members
- Can lead projects in her/his area of expertise

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Experience at least 2-3 years of Project experience
in SAP FICO or MM modules (e.g. GL, AP, AR, AA,
CO, MM) with ability of designing solutions
- At least 2-3 years of experience in SAP
Authorizations/SAP GRC/SAP Portal
- Comprehensive knowledge and technical
expertise in the area of SAP roles/Authorizations
and User management (cross-module)
- Knowledge of integration of SAP FICO or MM with
other modules and/or other ERP products
- Understanding of complete processes (beyond direct area of expertise) and multi-layer dependencies
- Ability to work in non-hierarchical, international and cross-functional teams
- Mentoring experience and skills
- Project Management, analytical and outstanding communication skills
