Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
- Preparation/collection of service deliverables (acc. to service description) in timely manner and analysis of results and delivery to internal customer
- Optimization of individual working methods and maintain records and systems
- Suggestions for process improvements
- Communicate with internal customers (e.g. countries and various business units)
- Maintain relationships with internal customers and provide assistance with problems these customers may encounter
- Support team leader with processes and products and act as single point of contact for dedicated area

- Deal support controlling of mid size deals covering all project lifecycle including sales cycle
- Analysis of costs and invoicing
- Alignment of new contracts with legal and financial requirements
- Customer contract controlling - cost validation based on checking orders, accruals and forecasts
- Report results to senior management

Wage (gross)

Minimum salary is 820€ brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Business Administration / Economics

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- University education in Business Administration / Economics (ideally with focus on subject matter)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in subject matter or work experience in a Shared Service Centre is a benefit
- English: B2 – mandatory
-German: advantage
- Knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and procedures is a benefit
- SAP or comparable Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system knowledge is advantage
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - advanced
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
