Job description, responsibilities and duties

Accountabilities
  • Perform reviews and releases the shopping carts according to defined criteria; control the correctness of accounts and cost elements, the content of shopping carts, release budget for Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) shopping carts based on prior approval
  • Cost centers maintenance and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)– creation of new cost centers, cost centers changes, closing or opening of cost centers (enable or disable the primary and secondary cost charging), creating of new WBS elements, making changes, closing / ending of projects
  • Allocation of primary and secondary costs => posting according to requirements, validation and booking of primary costs pursuant to business partner
  • Transfer pricing activities
  • Activities in the monthly closing process
  • Reporting and forecasting activities
  • Ensure compliance with group instructions
  • Communication with service or project management on operative level
  • Maintain internal standards, processes and routines based on group requirements
