Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
- Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and internal processes (INM, CHM, PRM, DOM) of 2nd and 3rd level environment.

Daily responsibilities:
- Administration of Information Technology (IT) systems (network, operating systems (OS), applications)
- Resolution of disruptions in services
- Support of network, OS, applications, services and systems
- Changes of users, devices and other parameters according to customers’ requests
- Communication with customer/partners via phone and/or email
- Support of engineering teams
- Cooperation with manufacturers of supported systems
- Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- High school degree, University degree
- Attitude to learn new topics and technologies
- 1-2 years within the IT field
- English: minimum B2 level, German - advantage
- Experience with some of technologies: Network, Linux, SecurityExperience in Windows servers, Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM) is advantage
- Good communications skills
- ITIL knowledge is advantage
Preferred certifications
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification/Juniper certification
- Linux/Windows/SharePoint certification
