Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Responsible for predefined business processes.
- Providing support for German customers.
- Responsible for resolving incidents, problems according to priority.
- Responsible for providing the quality agreed in the contract.
- Works independently in small team consisting of Slovak and German colleagues.

- Organize Teleconferences with all required participants.
- Ticket tracking. Investigate, analyze, document and correct faulty data.
- Support application changes in cooperation with other responsible groups.
- Configure and maintain new/existing customer.
- Verify incoming & outgoing business data.
- Coordinate communication with all involved parties (Telekom IT, Development, SDM, Accenture).
- Independently execute standard tickets to provide service according to KPIs.
- Support project and other deliverables in order to fulfill KPIs and management requests.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree (minimum Bachelor)
- 3+ year, valid certifications in given technologies.
- Technical overview in OS, Network, Storage, Back up, Databases.
- SQL - experience.
- Basic project management overview.
- Overview about application business processes.
