Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
  • Responsible for predefined business processes
  • Works independently or in team on creating, maintaining, programming and documenting the business processes based on the customer needs

  • Ensuring the updating of the solution database
  • Problems analysis, collection, documentation, evaluation of problem and root cause elimination by using monitoring data
  • Solution proposals and implementation of workarounds
  • Implementation of appropriate solution and feedback to problem elimination
  • Support of Risk and Escalation Management
  • Responsible for production resilience of application through short term and sustainable problem elimination
  • Proactive identification of actions to increase system stability and avoidance incidents
  • Optimization of problem management process using ITIL best practice to decrease opex costs
  • Short term problem solving, if no software change is needed
  • Discuss and evaluate solution proposals from 3rd level support for software changes
  • Definition and execution of continual service improvement, total care of application
  • Programming and support on the database layer mainly in SQL
  • Assessment of Development Trends
  • Technical cooperation in projects and subprojects in their own area of responsibility
  • On-call duty
