General description/Purpose
- Coordinates the establishment and maintenance of the quality management within the team. Implements concepts and quality standards. Produces internal and external reports related to quality management. Supports the preparation and control of optimization measures relating to processes, reporting and quality.
- Ensures that quality performance is at desired level. Designs concepts and implements quality standards. Designs reports related to quality management. Prepares and controls optimization measures quality.
- Governance of the Quality management within the unit or company. Proposes, designs and implements changes in Quality management system according to valid standards and in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity.Provides consultancy in assigned process and quality topics. Prepares and controls optimization measures relevant for quality improvement.

- Leading in Quality Management System (e.g. Audit Management, License Management, Security Management, Document Management etc.) to standardize Quality Management System
- Challenge the quality of production process to ensure Zero Outage targets
- Manage teleconferences/meetings with all required participants to coordinate actions to be taken
- Manage continual service improvement to increase customer satisfaction
- Leading in building up respective process communities to increase awareness to expected levels
- Managing of quality related projects to ensure continuous improvement up to TSI Level
- Manage the interface between quality and operational topics to ensure proper communication
- Manage quality initiatives to increase customer satisfaction
- Coaching and consultancy of respective processes to share knowledge

- University degree

- Experience in IT Services minimum 2 years
- Detailed overview of ICT industry environment
- Steering of projects in project management for complex and multi-national projects
- Deep knowledge of quality management methodologies (e.g. KPI reporting, Management systems, Excellence programs, Quality tools)
- Experience of IT operations across all layers (e.g. application operation, system operation, infrastructure, network, storage, desktop)
- General overview about ITIL processes
- Certification from quality area (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, ..)

- English: B1 minimum - mandatory
- German: advantage
