General Description
- Business support managers must possess many skills, including excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Additionally, they must be able to analyze potential and actual problems and develop solutions. Business support managers must be able to work independently and also in the team because of creating, maintaining and documenting the business processes based on the customer needs.
- As you will be in direct contact with some of the DTAG (Deutsche Telekom Aktiengesellschaft) counter partner, German language skills are necessary.

- Communication with Internal and External customers​.
- Problem analysis, collection, documentation, evaluation of problem and root cause elimination by using monitoring data.
- Solution proposals and implementation of workarounds.
- Responsibility for production resilience of application through short term and sustainable problem elimination.
- Proactive identification of actions to increase system stability and avoidance incidents.
- Discuss and evaluate solution proposals from AD for software changes.
- Definition and execution of continual service improvement, total care of application.
- Support application changes in cooperation with other responsible groups.
- Configure and maintain new/existing end-customer.
- Consult new product development with customer.
- Verify incoming & outgoing business data streams.
- Investigate and correct faulty data.
- Coordinate communication with all involved parties the application.
- Organize and moderate teleconferences.

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- OS Linux
- user level: working with files and directories (create, edit, move, delete)
- Scripting

- 2+ Years of Customer Communication in German language
