Job description, responsibilities and duties

General Description
- Providing Support and coordination for the Service Organization, in the areas of the Service Ensurance, Financial Performance and Billing.

Service Ensurance :
- Service Ensurance carries all responsibility and activities necessary to meet the contractual service requirements.
- Monitoring the Quality of provided service and reporting.
- Communication with production to ensure delivery of services in required SLA, OLA and KPI.
- Managing customer escalations in deployment phase.
Order management :
- Process and proposals with an aim to optimize production.
- Process order for customer in specific tool to deliver customer requests (creation of orders).
- Validates request in tool and collect all necessary information, documentation to complete the order.
- Delivers requestor/customer acceptance of delivered service.
- Coordinates order and provides support to implementer’s teams to deliver customer order in requested time and quality.
- Processes and coordinates incoming requests from Service Delivery Managers and application - operation unit.
Financial Performance and Billing :
- Financial Performance & Biling is responsible for all financial regards. - Specifically the commercial management topics :
- FP.
- Steering the financial planning.
- Steering the forecast process.
- Cost Management.
- Steering of Cost Saving/Efficiency measures.
- Preparing and executing Finance Reviews.
- Collecting of data and creating reports for account improvement program.
Billing :
- Generating billing data for the relevant elements.
- Generating the invoice supplements.
- Steering the Invoicing and Purchase Order documentation, based on local laws and T-Systems International requirements.
- Creating the accounting documents for final settlement.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Excel advanced.
- PowerPoint advanced.

- Experience in ITCO (min. 1Year).
- TSSK Process Overview.
- ITIL Foundation Overview.
