Job description, responsibilities and duties


Responsible for managing Operational Excellence projects across Portfolio Units (PU’s) and Point of Production (PoP) within T-Systems.

Your daily routine:
* Define Project charter and work with the sponsor and key stakeholders get the required approvals in place
* Review, research & Analyze ambiguous inputs and craft project plans.
* Plan the projects end to end and secure resource, budget and timelines commitment prior to project kickoff. Also ensure agreement on project scope, results from key stakeholders
* Conduct project Kickoff and review the plan in detail with all stakeholders
* Execute Project with accountability and monitor and control risks/deviations
* Track deliverables, milestones and results objectively and ensure timely and effective management reporting of OpEx KPIs
* Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
* Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
* Run Projects Governance Meetings
* Ensure projects closure & record lessons learnt
* Create metric driven, org branding compliant decks for management review
* Travel may be needed for leading complex projects
* Core Project Management will take 60-70% of your working time
* Communication, Presentation and Reporting will take 10-15% of your working time
* Conflict resolution, networking, stakeholder management will take 10-15% of your working time

What you need:

* Minimum 15 years’ Project Management experience with 5+ years of leading Operational * Experienced in leading LSS (Lean Six Sigma) projects
* Experienced in Business Analysis, data analysisto drive
* Strong understanding of Operational Excellence and updated with the latest industry trends
* Experience in data mining tools, such as SAS, SPSS, R, Python etc. & Good hands-on scripting and programming skills
* Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
* Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
* Excellent Collaboration Skills
* Good Negotiation Skills
