Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
Interface between SDM / Service Owner (Customer) and OPM / operation in defined field in order to keep quality of the production.

Key accountabilities
Provide guidance and train team members to become more cross-functional and provide the technical leadership on the FCI Connectivity platform. Continuity enhance the platform to provide additional troubleshooting tools, automation and new features

• Responsible for the assignment from the DCNO point of view
• Create communication matrix of your account
• Obtain all needed materials/landscapes of your account
• Plan and control the agreed OLAs
• Implement internal optimization measures
• Coordinate mgmt. focusing DCNO change tickets during business hours
• Adjustment in case of resource problems for operational tasks
• Review internal documents and plan improvement in case of need

• Prepare and send ordered reports
• Contact person for Service Owner
• Participate in regular calls/meetings with SC OPM/SDM/Customer / Product Manager
• Coordinate unexpected DCNO activity assigned by Head of department or higher level
• Be reviewer of RCA in problem ticket
• Review and evaluation of DCNO OLA reports
• Be involved in DO process if is related to project and OPM is assigned to the project(paid resource request/PO)
• Reviewer in Q-gate during handover of the project into operation(check and verify all handover documents)
• Support/coordination of network activities in ongoing projects
• Cultivate close relationship with the FCI HW and Tech platform

General for SC OPM:
• Responsible for service chains of a specific business service / application cross Unit level.
• Responsible for combined services for his delivery account in accordance with the agreed OLA as well.
• Responsible for KPIs and SLAs / OLAs of the contracted services.
• Accountable for technical content of operational / specialized technical concepts.
• Ensure the quality of provided services and provides operational support.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor operational performance
• Identify, formulate and implement the improvement of processes and policies to maximize operational output.
• Plan the requirement for resourcing based on account needs
• Steer the (Technical Layer) Operation Managers.
• Operational interface between the production, the service delivery management (SDM) and other delivery units for the ordered delivery elements.
• Explanation of production options for SDM.
• Accountable for the default reporting ordered by the SDM.
• Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of provided services.
• Single point of contact towards the internal customer.
• Responsible for reviewing financial statements and data and utilizes financial data to improve the profitability of the service chain / delivery account with SDM. (optional)
• Prepare and control operational budgets plans effective strategies for the financial well-being of operation.(optional)
• Manage customer support to the extent of his functionality and supports sales activities together with the SDM organization. (optional)

Wage (gross)

1 020 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 1020 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.

Secondary with school-leaving examination

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

4+ years of work experience (EG3) or vocational training with several years of work experience.

English B2+ (mandatory)
