Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
• Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes ( incident management (INM), change management (CHM), problem management (PRM), delivery order management (DOM)).
• 2nd and 3rd level environment.

Daily responsibilities:
• Administration of telephony systems
• Resolution of disruptions in services
• Support of voice-call services, voicemail systems, call centers, videoconferencing systems
• Changes of users, devices and other parameters according to customers’ requests
• Communication with customer via phone and/or email
• Cooperation with manufacturers of supported systems
• Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation

Wage (gross)

3,5 EUR/hourMinimum monthly salary is 3,5€ brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

• High school degree

• 1-2 years within the IT field

• English: min. B1
• German: Advantage

• Linux: intermediate
• Experience with IP telephony
• Basic knowledge about network components
• General experience in Windows servers, VMware basics
• Good communications skills

• UC applications (Jabber, Presence, Call manager, Voice mail)
• DHCP and MSAD basics
