Job description, responsibilities and duties

•Maintain the components and functionalities for SAP applications to fulfil customer’s demand.
•Responsible for translation of business requirements of Roles and authorizations into system and process solutions for Finance, EDM, Controlling or Procurement
•Customize SAP applications to find and fixA issues and recover the original functionality.

•Analyze the Role demands from the customer for SAP application customization to propose an appropriate solution and realization
•Responsible for Role building/customizing, testing and incidents solving
•Consult with Solution designer and propose the implementation design of the new components for SAP applications
•Propose the change on customer’s application to satisfy customer’s needs
•Find and fix issues/errors on the application
•Change and repair the tables and functions to restore the original functionality of application
•Document changes on the system and design of new components to ensure their readability for future reference
•Test newly added functionalities to avoid errors on productive system
•Work on customization of SAP independently
•Coordinates and performs projects and developments in the areas of SAP Authorizations and SAP GRC
•Can lead projects in her/his area of expertise

Wage (gross)

900 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 900 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

•University education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree )

•Min 1-2 years’ experience in the specific SAP module as user (FI, CO, MM….),
• 0 - 1 years´ experience within the field of SAP consultancy in the specific SAP module (FI, CO, MM…)
•At least 1 year experience coordinating/participating in small/medium projects

•English – advanced C1
•German – advantage

•Understanding of business environment and IT, processes, organization, implications of changes, ITIL
•Sound experience with SAP R/3 software
•Proficiency in specific SAP module, customizing and SAP reports
•Analytical skills, ability to perform in complex IT environment
•Project Management skills and experience
•Strong finance background, experience in Controlling/Budgeting/Reporting
•Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
•Customer oriented, initiative and enthusiastic
•Results oriented, able to complete task on time under pressure
•Outstanding communication and presentation skills
•Delivery oriented with structured working methods
•Works on assigned tasks independently
