General description
Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes (INM, CHM, PRM, DOM).2nd level environment.

• 2nd level environment.
• Execute project and other deliverables in order to fulfill KPIs and management requests.
• Smooth and uninterrupted operation of customers’ environment.
• Conformity with the internal work instructions and process guidelines within T-Systems.
• Follow the defined escalation standards in case of deviations.
• Investigate the root cause of incidents and initiate actions to improve or correct the situation.
• Participate on regular and/or irregular communication with colleagues in an international environment to ensure operational goals.
• Participation on on-call duties , independent solving and troubleshooting of incidents and errors within defined expertise
• Coordinates the use of internal technical support and vendor support to ensure troubleshooting, maintenance, and an efficient end-user support.
• Train and participate on education of other employees.
• Perform team specific non-technical tasks such as quality/ process/ reporting to support daily operation.
• Create, change and delete user accounts.
• Implementation and operation of Linux/UNIX operating system according to current technologies and based on customer and operations needs
• Operating according to T-Systems processes considering customer contracts and processes
• Ensure 1st and 2nd level support to our customers, for example monitoring, bug fixing, maintenance, system installations
• Using internal guidelines, best practice know-how and standardization-roles for customer environments
• Availability for on-call service in agreed times

Wage (gross)

815 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 815 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.

Language skills

• High school

• 1-2 years within the field
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix administration:
• User management
• Program execution
• Mounting remote storage

• Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMWare)
• Basic understanding of networking – TCP/IP, ISO/OSI
• Basic understanding of backup/restore
• Work according to ITIL – processes, i.e. change, problem, incident and configuration management

• English: B2
• German B2 (optional)
