Job description, responsibilities and duties

Leads and coordinates Internal IT Service team delivering Asset services, Infrastructure and Architecture services for local 4000 employees within T-Systems Slovakia as well as delivering IT services to global customers.

Key accountabilities
Generic managerial accountabilities:
• Deliver services/solutions to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according agreed contracts (OLA, SLA, SA, DA…) and internal KPI.
• Responsible for procurement, contract discussion and management with suppliers. Define level of support and SLA
• Establish, discuss and agree on support for internal and external customers.
• Deliver support, steer quality, propose changes and automation for external customers.
• Maintain relationships with counterparts/clients and other stakeholders for effective communication.
• Lead and develop people in own team to be able to deliver agreed quality and maintain satisfaction of employees.
• Continuously improve services in own area, propose improvements in related areas and implement improvements initiatives.
• Plan and effectively manage business and resources of own team in order to meet financial budget.
• Operationally manage critical situations and solve business-as-usual escalations to provide seamless operation and effective service to clients.
• Deliver all people-related regulatory topics (labor code, internal rules & guidelines).

Job specific accountabilities:
• Collect and provide feedback on terms and conditions of contracts in the area of internal IT services
• Coordinates work with external partners (vendors, suppliers)
• Regularly reports to TSSK Management Board Internal IT review
• Leads technical commission to define specification for HW and SW in use
• Approves access to technical rooms where servers are stored
• Approves protocols of new assets acceptance within whole TSSK
• Consult and steer contract with external partners ( local suppliers )
• Steer quality and define measures for services delivered to external customers
• Plan and effectively manage IT Spend budget ( Capex and Opex ) in your area of responsibility
• Establish and maintain good relationship with PQIT counterparts
• Consult and lead big infrastructure, asset management or workplace management projects (external/internal)
• Responsible for 1st level support (SPOC), workplace management, Infrastructure and Architecture of Local TSSK landscape
• Deliver continuous service improvement, effectiveness and automation in all area
• Be able to lead big changes ( Infrastructure, mindset, process or operational)
• Define and consult common IT strategy for TSSK ( Including definition of roadmap and critical milestones

Management scope
• Manage team of up to 30 people directly
• Budget size responsibility about 900K of Opex costs
• Budget size responsibility about 2,5 million of Capex costs
• Services delivered to Internal customers
• Services delivered to external customers

Wage (gross)

1 150 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 1150 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
