Job description, responsibilities and duties

Manage a Business Controlling IT team. Consists of various sub-teams coverring portfolio units SAP, MIS, SI Dedicated / Digital. Direct subordinates are the Financial Controllers, who:
• run month end closing, forecast and financial planning,
• do critical analysis of current performance and deriving of opportunities and risks
• discover areas with weak performance or imminent risks
• act as a supportive, neutral & challenging sparring partner for strategic business decisions

Key accountabilities

Generic managerial accountabilities:
• Deliver services/solutions to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according agreed contracts (SA) and internal KPI.
• Establish and maintain relationships with counterparts/clients and other stakeholders for effective communication.
• Lead and develop people in own team to be able to deliver agreed quality and maintain satisfaction of employees.
• Continuously improve services in own area, propose improvements in related areas and implement improvements initiatives.
• Provide inputs into financial plans and effectively manage business and resources of own team in order to meet financial budget.
• Operationally manage critical situations and solve business-as-usual escalations to provide seamless operation and effective service to clients.
• Deliver all people-related regulatory topics (labor code, internal rules & guidelines).

Job specific accountabilities:
• Manage a team of Financial Controllers within Master Data Management process.
• Actively steer the team resource management and quality of results according to internal KPI’s.
• Manage take-over and delivery of services according to business requirements.

• Managing of 30 direct reports - financial controllers
• Reports to Head of Department of Finance & Controlling Business Service Center (FC BSC)
• Plan and control the revenues of 920.000€
• Plan and control the costs of 860.000€

Wage (gross)

1 150 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 1150 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
