Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
• Monitors, controls, coordinates and executes parts of MD’s agenda as assigned by Managing Director in professional and highly flexible manner with primary interaction on top management level but extending across all management layers of the company.

• Provides analyses and recommendations based on investigations in various focus areas to serve as input for taking decisions.
• Monitors, controls and executes tasks assigned by Managing Director spanning across multiple business areas.
• Monitors and controls companywide efficiency program starting with target setting phase and ending with achieving necessary financial efficiency to achieve positive business results despite annual price reductions.
• Monitors, coordinates and controls the Management Review Process across all business areas with the goal of achieving management attention and decisions in regards to maintaining and improving management systems.
• Provides advices and recommendations to Managing Director based on current priorities.
• Prepares Managing Director’s communication and presentations.

Management scope
• Coordinates up to 20 people for task fulfillment, no direct disciplinary responsibility
• Participates on internal projects and Project Management Board
• Participates on the Management Board and all top management meetings, though is not a board member
• Efficiency Program target up to 10mn €

Wage (gross)

1 200 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 1200 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University Education (business or IT)

• 5 years in IT company, out of which at least 2 years independently managing own agenda (HoX, PM, SDM, OPM, etc)

• Knowledge of ICT
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• People management skills
