During a day we are mostly using uncle Google, searching deep oceans of the
Internet, calling and contacting and meeting different people from all areas of work-life you can imagine... and that exactly will be your main work scope... :)
The concrete job-scope will consist of:
Keeping an eye at the labor market and monitoring companies and people.
Active networking and headhunting.
Intensive use of social websites and another internet platforms.
Candidate pre-screening and evaluation.
Intensive phone-communication with potential candidates.
Not much administration yet you still have to document your work in the company ERP system.
