Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Customer Service Team Leader manages a team of 10 colleagues who support customers and sales teams in Austria, Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia and ensure best in the class back office daily operations. The position is located in Bratislava / Slovakia.


Responsible for:

• Coordinates all customer service activities (incl. order entry, contract management, maintenance of customer data, invoicing, complaints handling)
• Responsible for day-to-day management of team members incl. performance objectives, resource allocation and motivation
• Provides inspirational leadership. Attracts, selects, and retains high caliber, diverse talent - builds a team that works well together
• Collects, analyses and reports on KPIs to continue improving the customer service operations (KPIs dashboards)
• Develops and implements processes and metrics (e.g. ticket management, time to response/resolution, NPS results)
• Installs a culture of accountability & ownership
• Accountable for implementation of CSO related projects based on the existing Roadmap; initiates and implements new ways to increase efficiencies with regards to customer service support

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in Customer Service Operations
• Team Leader experience is a must
• Good technology affinity
• Active English, German & Hungarian of big advantage
• Customer centric mindset, knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Strong process oriented leadership with keen knowledge of leading edge tools and technology to simplify and improve customer care
• Display highly effective interpersonal skills
• Experience in working with multicultural teams in an international environment
