Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Research Consultant will join our Slovak team that has been operating on the market for 20 years. His/her main focus will be collecting and analyzing potential candidate´s and market data and thus working alongside more senior recruitment consultants on Executive Search projects delivery.

Job description:

• Source candidates using typical sourcing/market mapping strategies; eg: headhunting, LinkedIn, referrals, database
• Register candidates , update their career, contact details
• Expected to make a high volume of telephone calls to candidates
• Proactively identify, target, grow and manage the pool of candidates for a particular sector/discipline
• Assist in interviewing candidates alongside Consultants, as well as co-ordinating interviews for Consultants
• Potentially progressing to a Consultant role with full responsibility for an Executive Search project delivery, including identifying, interviewing and presenting the best candidates on the market

Salary information

Slovak law requirement/Informácia o základnej mzde: 1000 brutto, Údaj o základnej mzde považujte len za orientačný. Finálna základná mzda bude dohodnutá tak, aby bola motivačná pre vybratého kandidáta a bola v súlade s politikou odmeňovania spoločnosti, ktorá sa riadi pravidlami spravodlivosti a trhu.

• Business or management graduate
• Previous recruitment researcher or some other data research experience required; the position could be also a win-win solution for a more experienced recruitment professional who would like to work on part-time basis and therefore prefers to focus only on the research part of the recruitment projects
• Analytical, precise, structured with very good communication skills
• Genuine interest in recruitment
• High proactivity level
• Professionalism – ability to liaise with people on all levels, from existing clients to high caliber candidates
• Ethical behavior
• Native Slovak, very good English, knowledge of German or French of advantage
