Location: Athens, Greece
Role: Customer Service & Technical Support
Employment Type: Full-Time_8hrs per day / 5 days per week (Rotating Shifts)


• To efficiently and effectively service customers or prospective customers via Inbound calls, chatting and email in both Dutch and English.
• To resolve customer support related issues and provide clients with proper solutions to their concerns.
• To deliver excellent service to the customer in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
• To build customer relationships-earn their loyalty and trust by being polite and helpful.


Candidate’s Profile:

• Fluent in Dutch and English (both in written and verbal skills)
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Ability to absorb information quickly
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Advanced tech skills and familiarity with new technologies
