Operations Manager
Automobile Trade

Location: Prague

Telkes Consulting Executive Search Company is seeking for a determined and enthusiastic Operations Manager who has all strengths and capabilites to restructure our Partner’s business and HQ in Prague.


• University degree
• 5-8 years leadership experience in sales, finance, marketing or distribution area
• Any automotive or marketing, sales and service experience is an advantage
• Ability to work independently based on inner motivation
• Exceptional people and relationship management skills
• High level of loyalty, transparency and sincerity
• Competitive mindset
• Structured, objective-driven performance management
• Great motivational skills
• Knowledge of financial products: car and dealer financing (credit, dealer financing)
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Language: good command of English and native Czech

Responsibilities and duties

• Rebuilding the local operations internally based on instructions of central leadership team
• Establish cultural mindset-change and execute a paradigm-shift both internally and within the independent dealer network
• Identify existing key dealer partners and develop plans to improve their performance
• Identify new dealer partners to establish a competitive dealer network
• Develop plans to reposition the brand in the market
• Accomplish operations and organization missions by completing related results
• Prepare annual budget and complete action plans on production and sales
• Active market positioning and strong business development
• Sharp focus on sustainable profit growth
• Improvement and development of corporate structures and processes
• Responsible for business stability and quality improvement
• Responsibility for all sales topics
• Leading Retail and Fleet Sales departments
• Develop Retail and Fleet Sales - people, process, product
• Develop Sales Channels
• Develop Sales Structure / Process Fleet
• Develop dealer binding programs
• Sales Controlling Retail and Fleet (KPI`s, Sales Monitor)
• Sales Training (Sales Support, Key Accounts, Agents)
• Close cooperation with brand manager
