Overall objectives to be achieved:

Mission of the Technical Support & Training Engineer is to provide professional support in product technical concerns mainly to dealers in Czechia and ensure technical education of dealers’ technicians in accordance with the company’s programs and new product information requirements. He/she provides solution and assists to repair the car of the customer thanks to his specific training, broader experience of dealer operations and corporate policy and quicker access to information.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Answer Techline eCalls at a continuously high technical level, delivering the respective Techline KPIs
• Translate and publish technical bulletins within the respective time period
• Manage appropriate technical access rights and ensure up-to-date information availability on local
• Manage product technical related Customer Service, Customer Quality, Network, Fleet and Warranty Department queries.
• Provide on-site technical support and investigation when it is necessary
• Prepare technical reports on product quality incidents when it is needed
• Ensure that dealer technicians follow service manual and all other available technical documentation procedures using the latest available resources
• Share best practice to ensure consistent high quality standards are achieved
• Manage new dealers’ technical support and training integration and terminated dealers’ withdrawal
• Deliver new product introduction technical trainings
• Manage a defined portfolio of technical training material and project initiatives
• Ensure that dealers meet the company’s technicians’ education requirements
• Support outsourced technical trainers in their job
• Check and ensure that technical trainings are well prepared and held at a continuously high level
• Develop and maintain staff relationships to ensure achievement of business goals


• Degree in Engineering (Automotive is a plus)
• Min. 3-5 years experience in Technical Support field at a multinational automotive company
• Strong knowledge and understanding of automotive technologies and diagnostic procedures


• Real passion and interest towards automotive techniques and developments
• Expert know-how in the area of work
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Native Czech
• User-level computer skills

Requirements for the employee
