Job description, responsibilities and duties

responsible for full operation of café/restaurant and english bookstore, handling all cash, reporting to the owner, preparing paperwork for accounting, taking care of all events, food and drink menu updates, dealing with all authorities, staffing- hiring, scheduling, training, trying to come up with new events, etc.
