Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, execute, and document internal audits across operational areas, including procurement, logistics, technical investments, and production processes.
-Coordinate external and customer audits (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSC, IFS HPC, ethical audits) across company locations, ensuring compliance and readiness.
-Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
-Maintain and update Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation in line with internal policies and external standards.
-Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities through audit insights.
-Prepare detailed audit reports and follow up on the implementation of recommendations.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and HSE.
-Periodically support departments (e.g., Logistics Controlling) with analysis, benchmarking, or process reviews.
Key Requirements:
-Proven experience in internal audit, ideally in industrial, chemical, or production environments.
-Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, FSC) and management system documentation.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify operational risks and improvement opportunities.
-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to audit reporting.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple locations.
-Good command of English and the Russian language (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
