HR Admin

HR ADMIN

Our new HR admin will act as the first point of contact to employees and external partners(Companies?) for all HR-related queries. In this position your priority will be handle the majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and starter packs.

Key responsibilities:

Working with our HR software Sloneek:
Forming and maintaining employee records
Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
Preparing and, where necessary, amending HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries
Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
Communicating with external partners - GT or another foreign external company?
Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
Close cooperation with the Operations department

We expect from you:

Have experience as an HR admin or HR administrator’s assistant
Are computer literate with programs such as word, excel, etc.
Have a good understanding of labor laws
Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
Have great interpersonal and effective communication skills

What you can look forward to:

Flexible working hours and remote work, however, with a need to work from our Brno's office 1-2 times a month to ensure smooth administration of the contract and legal issues.
