Mid / Senior PPC Specialist

As a PPC specialist you will become a part of our Performance Marketing team. Your focus will be on Top4Running’s PPC accounts across multiple platforms.
Together with your team you will handle a multi million budget to run campaigns across the whole Europe (worldwide soon).
You will also closely collaborate with other teams: product, brand, country specialist, IT, BI to improve sales efficiency.
We’ll try to help you find and enhance your strengths and give you space to profile in a direction which you enjoy and gives you meaning.

Job description:

-Plan and implement performance strategy with company’s goals in mind
-Run and optimize PPC campaigns in multiple platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GDN, Sklik, Meta Ads, TikTok)
-Run many tests
-Use scripts, templates and other automatisation for growing efficiency
-Conduct campaign analysis, reporting, and optimisation

Requirements:

-Extensive experience with PPC or high interest to acquire PPC skills
-Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Sklik, Meta Ads, etc.
-Understanding of performance marketing channels and experience optimizing campaigns by relevant KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, etc.
-Excel/Google spreadsheet knowledge (functions, pivot tables, atc.)
-Ecommerce oriented mind
-Advanced reporting skills in GA4, PBI
-Passion for exploring and testing new performance marketing channels
-Proficient level of English (Even though PPC team speaks Czech, English is a company language)
-Experience with tools like PPC Bee, Mergado, Open refine, etc. is a plus
Knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS/GAQL/SQL/Python/Regex is a plus
