Business Development Manager (Forwarders) for CZ/SK/HU markets Start of activity: immediately (full time / permanent position)

MORE THAN A JOB - YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:
● Build and maintain a solid pipeline of forwarding companies and execute sales plans
● Identify the business needs and sales opportunities of your customers and follow up
to always “stay on the ball”
● Develop strong data insights to understand and steer account performance
● Generate unique value for our customers by developing the right solutions together
with them
● Use your distinctive skills and willingness to close new business and maintain and
expand existing business
● Prioritize requirements, highlight missing information and risks to the business for
timely clarification, and determine corrective actions for risks and obstacles
● Use your experience and expertise to support forwarders in digitizing their logistics
● Support our partnership management team in order to optimize the cooperation with
software providers for integrated solutions
● Analyze the market trends and new technologies to identify important impulses for
the development of our platform
● Leverage multiple databases and systems to provide accurate reports and analysis to
measure delivery effectiveness and cost savings.

YOUR PASSION - WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:

● You speak fluent English and Slovak (additional hungarian would be an advantage)
● You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a similar role in
logistics/transportation or software/IT solutions
● You have experience in working with large and medium-sized multinational
company structures across all levels of management
● You like to hunt for new business opportunities (approx. 70%)
● You are quick to grasp, are open-minded, can think outside the box and always keep
the focus on your goal
● You like a structured, service- and solution-oriented way of working
● You enjoy building networks and working in a team and with the customer to
mutually achieve success
● You have good presentation and communication skills with a focus on value selling
● You have the ability to think analytically and a high degree of organizational skills to
work
● You are willing to travel across your assigned area of sales (approx. 50-60% of the job)
