UNIQA 4WARD, the branch office of UNIQA Insurance Group AG with its seat in Bratislava is looking for an ambitious and customer-oriented Senior Application Service Agent for our S/4HANA service team.

UNIQA Insurance Group AG is currently implementing SAP S/4HANA, a next generation business suite, as a Group Finance solution which will further be rolled out to all UNIQA insurance companies.

For the daily operations on the new platform, UNIQA is establishing an application expert team to support end users in both technical and functional questions regarding the new system.


The focus of activities will be managing the processing of service requests and the delivery solution to business users for the Finance and Controlling department, all within the exciting new realm of SAP S/4HANA.

What you will do in this job:
- Reporting and Analysis Support Activities
- First Level support for all kind of technical and business SAP S/4 HANA related inquiries coming from employees and managers in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Personalized handling of S/4 HANA related incidents over the Service Hotline
- Analysis & documentation of business requirements in close cooperation with Business Process Owners and IT
- Technical guidance for Junior Service Agents
- Configuration and Maintenance of reports & end user reporting support
- Support of posting, closing and consolidation activities
- Master Data Management
- User & Access Management
- Validation, Testing and Transfer (Management & Execution)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

The position is suitable for experienced professionals with
- Completed technical academic degree
- Several years of experience as Support Desk Agent
- SAP support experience
- S/4HANA know-how (advantageous)
- Know-how about Finance and Controlling Processes and industry experience in the insurance sector (advantageous)
- Know how in requirements analysis / business analysis
- Profound knowledge of MS Office (incl. Excel) and Windows
- Ideally first experience of working in agile teams
