Community manager

What you'll do:

- Research regional IT and business events and explore collaboration opportunities - including speaker engagements, sponsorships, and conferences.
- Get to know software developers and their preferences, organizing meetups and other community events for developers that promote a high level of engagement.
- Actively cooperate with universities and other relevant organizations.
- Discover opportunities to support underserved communities.
- Collaborate with other community managers at Vacuumlabs, sharing ideas and experiences.
- Through your event, provide marketing with documentation that we turn into location-specific content for our social media presence.
- Regularly communicate with and update the marketing team on your plans and results.
- Explore long-term collaboration opportunities with universities and other relevant interest groups.
- Create well-researched presentations about your plans and results.
- Improve our visibility and brand recognition in the local community with new ideas.

Work from Home and flexible hours - If you need to pick up your kids from school or head to a doctor’s appointment that’s fine with us - we let you structure your hours around your needs. Work from home is an option if it suits your workflow.
