Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Help in an organization of different activities/tasks in Supply chain organization
• Support traveling including flight tickets ordering, taxi ordering, hotel booking, etc.
• Provide with support in order to create meetings and conference calls
• Submit into the system data about all expenses connected with travels
• To provide with support for team in all organizational and administrative activities
• To support business trips generally
• To be responsible of organization manager´s calendar
• Independent solution of allocated operational tasks
• Participate in organizing and arranging planned events and meetings
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

• Min 2+ years of experience in a role of personal assistant (ideally in corporate environment)
• Can speak and write excellent English

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
