Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual preparation of compiled financial reporting (profit and loss, balance sheet and management reports) for Czech stand alone entity and other European entities including variance analysis (actual, budget, forecast, prior period; including business plan) and other financial agenda supporting European CFO
• Responsible on assigned local and corporate projects how to improve financial processes, reporting and standardisation supporting future smooth transition to sttock exchange presence of the company
• Identify and implement opportunities for finance team improvements in the finance, reporting and consolidation processes
• Cooperate with internal and external auditors on performing revisions of finance agenda and internal procedures
• Part of approval process of purchase recquistions and other financial documents based on approval matrix
• Participate on improvements in SAP procedures
• Follows working and orgnization rules of the company with all related company procedures (in line with VBOS) and generally valid legal regulations

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Master degree – Economics (Managerial Accounting)
• Min. 5 years of professional experience (Finance of Plant Controller)
• Project Management experience
• Experience with leading of small team
• English – Communicative level (active/daily use)
• Knowledge of SAP
• Technical knowledge of MS Office
• Organizational and planning skills, priority setting
• Very good leadership and presentation skills
• Proactive approach, Innovative thinking
• Strong focus on result delivering
