Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• lead effective recruitment process and provide the required number of operators in order to satisfy operations needs
• manage the on-boarding process
• ensure all necessary administrative steps according to the Labor Code and internal processes (contracts, forms, personal files, directives, etc.)
• management, implementation and updating of internal processes and policies (work regulations, evaluation, salaries, benefits, education, etc.)
• cooperate with an external payroll accounting (documents, wages, reports)
• cooperate with labor offices and other state institutions, company doctor and educational partners
• cooperate with employment agencies
• lead an internal HR team (2 HR BPs, 3 HR Specialists)
• work closely with local and regional management (needs, support, reporting, work on common goals)
• manage open and effective communication across the center (all announcements, news, company-wide meeetings, etc.) and organize social events
• implement positive employer branding
• actively cooperate with Health & Safety to create a healthy and safe environment for our employees
