RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Identify and seize opportunities to increase brand awareness
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Identify new customers and emerging markets
• Manage coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Represent company’s brands in clinics, hospitals, medical and beauty centers
• Maintain and develop relationships with business partners at an optimal level
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to top management
• Participate in regular meetings held by the company
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience
• Passion for sales combined with high focus on customer care
• Completed higher education
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
• Communication skills plus coaching and people management skills
• Numeracy skills
• Ambition, perseverance, competitiveness
• PC skills – word, excel
• Driving license – category B – at least 2 years
