Venus Concept Central and Eastern Europe LTD. is an exclusive representative of the Canadian leader in the non-invasive medical aesthetics Venus Concept. The procedures performed with the devices from the Venus Concept portfolio are available in over 4,000 clinics and studios in over 60 countries around the world. Our company specializes in the distribution and maintenance of medical equipment in the field of cosmetology and dermatology.

As a result of our rapid growth, we are looking for an еnergetic person for the position of "Administrative assistant".

Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain communication with internal and external customers;
• Prepare presentations, statistics and reports;
• Provide translations from/to English;
• Coordinate work schedules and daily business activities;
• Travel arrangements;
• Provide support to the Sales Manager in co-ordination of operative tasks, implementation of strategical projects and product development;
• Maintain files, sort and mail documents, manage copy and fax requests and order supplies;
• Office Supply Ordering, Postage and Courier services;
• Any additional administrative, planning and reporting tasks assigned by the manager;

• University degree - Economics, Business administration, Management, Finance, etc.;
• At least 1 years experience in a similar position;
• Fluent English;
• Computer Literacy - Microsoft Office( Word, Excel, Power point), Internet explorer etc. ;
• Skills for working with office equipment;
• Have good communicative skills;
• Be energetic and willing to work;
